Religious Education Registration Form
TO THE LEFT ARE 1) DOWNLOADABLE PAPER REGISTRATION FORM FOR ELEMENTARY GRADES (which includes the two-year FIRST COMMUNION PROGRAM); 2) ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM for the First Communion Sacramental Program for Years 1 and 2; and 3) ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM for non-Sacramental programs for elementary grades. Use whichever is easier/more convenient for you.
The PAPER REGISTRATION must be submitted with a copy of your child's baptism certificate and the class fees. You may bring these to the office (when the office is closed, you may drop them into the mail slot to the right of the door). If you use the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, you may email your child's baptism certificate and bring the fees to the first class or drop off at the office.
Classes begin every September and are held on Sundays from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. (following the 9:00 a.m. Mass). Class dates will be announced closer to September.
To the left find: 1) The paper registration form for High School Confirmation and 2) the online registration form for High School Confirmation. Use whichever is easier/more convenient for you.
Either way, you must submit a copy of your child's baptism certificate and Holy Communion certificate and the class fees. You may bring these to the office (when the office is closed, you may drop them into the mail slot to the right of the door). Classes begin every September and are held on a week night from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., in the St. Therese School classrooms. Dates to be announced closer to September.
OCIA - formerly RCIA
To the left find: 1) The paper registration form for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults AND Adult Confirmation Classes; and 2) the online registration form for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults AND Adult Confirmation Classes. Use whichever is easier/more convenient for you.
IF you have been baptized, please submit the registration with a copy of your baptism certificate and the class fees. You may bring these to the office (when the office is closed, you may drop them in the mail slot to the right of the office door).
You have a choice to attend classes on Thursday evenings, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. OR on Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. - Dates to be announced closer to September.
Religious Education Fees:
1st-year First Holy Communion: $100
2nd-year First Holy Communion: $130
All other elementary grades: $60
1st-year High School Confirmation: $150
2nd-year High School Confirmation: $170
OCIA (including Confirmation for adults): $180
Adult Confirmation: $180
The children's division includes School of Religious Education (religion classes for Grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade), held on Sundays from 9:00 to 11:45 a.m., beginning with attendance at the 9:00 a.m. Mass for all families in the program);
- Preparation for First Communion and First Reconciliation (part of the School of Religious Education).
The Youth (High School-age) division includes:
- A two-year education program to prepare for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
The Adult division includes:
- The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.) for those interested in learning about the Church and possibly being either baptized Catholic or becoming fully initiated into the Catholic Church. Full initiation is for those who were baptized Catholic but never received First Holy Communion and Confirmation);
- Adult Confirmation classes for adults who received the Sacrament of First Communion but not the Sacrament of Confirmation.
