RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS (R.C.I.A.)

 Offering Support During Your Inquiry, Instruction, and Initiation 

RCIA —New Inquiries to the Faith: This class is for all those who are unbaptized or who were baptized in another Christian denomination and desire to begin the journey towards becoming a Catholic Christian. It is also for those who were baptized Catholic but never completed their initiation by receiving the Sacraments of Holy Communion and/or Confirmation. Classes begin in September of each year and are held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., in the Mount Carmel Room in the Parisih Offices (510 N. El Molino Street). Group attendance at selected Masses is also included. Students will also need to purchase the following texts:  1) New American Bible, 2) Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the 3) *The Spiritual Gifts Handbook (*The Spiritual Gifts Handbook is available for sale in the office).
