The St. Therese Religious Education program is split into three divisions: 1) For children; 2) For teens; and 3) For adults. 

The children's division includes:

  • School of Religious Education (religion classes for Grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, held on Sundays from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m., including attendance at the 11:00 a.m. Mass for all famlies in the program);

  • Preparation for First Communion and First Reconciliation (part of the School of Religious Education); and

  • Vacation Bible School (Bible study program held for one week around the end of July/beginning of August.

The Youth division includes:

  • A two-year education program to prepare for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.

The Adult division includes:

  • The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.) for those interested in learning about the Church and possibly being either baptized Catholic or becoming fully initiated into the Catholic Church.  Full initiation is for those who were baptized Catholic but never received First Holy Communion and Confirmation);

  • Adult Confirmation classes for adults who received the Sacrament of First Communion but not the Sacrament of Confirmation;

  • Bible Study (a weekly class, the focus subject of which changes annually or semi-annually).
